| |
| Q: | Why offer this to us? |
A: | We came across this concept while doing fundraising locally. Since it's all online, there was no reason to not offer it to non-profit organizations across the US. |

| Q: | What other non-profits have you offered this opportunity to? |
A: | See our members' page for organizations, their websites and contact information. |

| |
| Q: | Is there a fee to register? |

| |

| Q: | Where do you register as a supporter for a particular organization? If I click the "Registration" link under the Avon logo, I do not see a prompt for that information. Must a customer use the "Register a Fundraiser Customer" link from the first page? |
A: | Yes - every customer must use the "Register a Fundraiser Customer" from the main page. If you are placing a link on a webpage, we can provide you with a URL that will take each customer directly to that page and automatically enter the fundraiser code.
Part of the customer registration process also requires you to register with Avon (the "Registration" link under the Avon logo). We continually reconcile the registrations that take place from both sites and when someone registers with one and not the other we contact them by email to make them aware of the issue. If purchases are made and the registration problem doesn't get cleared up, we will contact the customer by phone to insure the proper organizations gets the earnings. |

| Q: | Where can an organization's supporters find their organization's fundraiser code? |
A: | The best way for a supporter to get the code is for you to communicate it to them via email and newsletter, or embedded in the URL of a link on a website. Another way is to find the organization on the members' page. |

| |
| Q: | Should our member's select "general" or "individual" account on the "Register a Fundraiser Customer" page? |
A: | The "general" or "individual" account fields are meant to be used by schools or organizations where an individual would get credit for the sales. It also can be automatically filled in via a URL link. |

| Q: | Can I purchase products from my local Avon representative and have my organization get the earnings? |
A: | This offer is being made by Donna and Greg Broniak, Independent Avon representatives, and not Avon itself. Because of that, we can only offer earnings on the sales that are made at our site. There are many, many Avon representatives out there, and we don't want to infringe on their business, but there is no practical way for them to get credit for sales at our site.
If you know of, or have a local Avon representative, you should approach them and talk about your fundraising needs. If you don't have a local Avon representative, you can go to http://shop.avon.com/shop/find_a_rep.asp and find one near you. |

| |
| Q: | Do you contact people and let them know they can donate to us? |
A: | No. We do not approach customers on your behalf. It's your responsibility to communicate the fundraiser to your supporters through your usual means of communication: email, newsletter or website. You supply them with your fundraiser registration number, they register using that id and you earn based on their sales. |

| |
| Q: | How much money can my organization earn? |
A: | That's a tough question to answer because your earnings are based on the total sales; the more sales, the more earnings. Avon says an average order is $20 - $25. We see orders that range from $7 to over $100. |

(Since Avon controls the free shipping code, we don't know if the code is going to change or if they will cancel it. When we know of a code available, we let everyone know) |
